Questions that prevent calculation errors

Not necessarily. Higher lm/W can reduce input power, while visual comfort may require different distribution, shielding, CRI, CCT, or output. Compare energy, glare, task performance, color, and maintenance together.

Only when the manufacturer explicitly defines that relationship. Optic, lumen package, CCT, driver, lens, and mounting configuration can alter output or distribution. Use configuration-specific evidence.

Centralized systems can simplify policy management; distributed architectures can improve zoning flexibility and fault isolation. Selection depends on scale, commissioning capability, network strategy, maintenance ownership, and expansion plans.
